Business Banking

As a First PREMIER Business Banking Officer, Danielle assists customers with cash management solutions. She is active in the community, volunteering with Children’s Home Society and Junior Achievement. Danielle is also a member of the Sioux Valley Optimist Club, the Young Professionals Network and serves as a section chair on the Sioux Empire United Way campaign.  

Scott Ogdahl focuses on providing First PREMIER Business Banking customers with personalized financial strategies and services to help them achieve their desired financial goals. Scott is a volunteer softball and baseball coach, United Way facilitator and Junior Achievement classroom instructor. He is also involved in his church and with his family.

Keith can help companies maximize cash flow, finance growth and manage accounts payable and receivable with turnkey products and services. Keith gives his time volunteering as a youth basketball coach and with the Sioux Empire United Way. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce (Treasurer), Hartford Area Development Foundation and Volunteers of America Dakotas.

Ryan builds relationships with business owners and assists them with their lending and deposit needs. He’s a graduate of the University of South Dakota and a volunteer with the Sioux Empire United Way and Lutheran Social Services as an In-School Mentor. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys family time and a good game of golf.

Jordan works with companies of all sizes to provide customized banking solutions. He is active in various community organizations, including Arise Church, the United Way, Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, Dordt University, and The Community Outreach Genesis Mentoring Program.

Bill is a VP, Business Banking and brings more than four decades of financial industry experience to every customer relationship. He’s also busy in the community serving with El Riad Shrine, Howard Wood Dakota Relays, Junior Achievement, the City of Sioux Falls, the Chamber of Commerce, United Way and several other organizations.

Randy has been in the financial industry for more than three decades and with First PREMIER Bank since 1994. He is a board member for the Sioux Falls Housing & Redevelopment Commission and serves on the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society Finance Committee.

As VP, Business Banking Manager, Luke works to give businesses a competitive edge by offering a suite of First PREMIER Business Banking tools. He volunteers as a youth basketball coach and a Junior Achievement classroom instructor. Luke is also the Division Chair for the Sioux Empire United Way.

Cory brings his South Dakota small-town upbringing and over two decades of financial industry experience to our Ag Banking team. He stays active outside of work by volunteering for the Sioux Falls Hope Coalition, South Dakota Ag in the Classroom, Lincoln High School and the Embrace Church.

Floyd manages our team in the Madison market. He also works with our Ag Banking team to serve area producers. Floyd is active in the Madison community serving on the Dakota State Foundation Board, Lake Area Improvement Corporation Board and the Madison Community Foundation. He’s also a member of the Rotary Club, Evergreen Lodge #17, and Twin-Lakes Shrine Club.

Bradey started his career with First PREMIER Bank in 2016 and works with businesses of all sizes in northeastern South Dakota to provide custom financial solutions. He  is a board member for the Watertown Kiwanis Club and volunteers with the Watertown Area United Way and the Salvation Army.

Tim, VP, Business Banking brings 25+ years of financial industry experience to his business customers. He works with companies of all sizes to customize a banking solution that is flexible enough to grow as the business grows. Tim is active in the Lions Club of Watertown, First District Development Co. and Lake Area Technical College.

Mark oversees our northeastern branches in Watertown, Castlewood, Lake Norden and Kranzburg. He also uses his 21+ years of experience in the financial industry to assist our area business customers with their banking needs. Mark serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake Area Technical College Foundation and the Northern State University School of Business Banking and Financial Services Advisory Board. He is also is a Junior Achievement classroom volunteer.
